Qingdao Effort Machining Co., Ltd (QEM) was established in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province in 2004. With business expansion and company growth, it relocated to Airport Industrial Park, Chengyang District in 2007.

QEM began by providing simple turning operations and raw castings exporting initially. Now it has grown into a large-scale enterprise which focused on the design and procurement of precision Iron and Steel castings, complex parts manufacturing utilizing machining centers. Currently, QEM employs over 90 staff and has an annual sales revenue exceeding US$30 million.
